Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Explore POV app and website (collectively called the "Services") operated by Explore Immersive ("us", "we", "our").

If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the Services accordingly. We only grant use and access of our Services to those who have accepted these terms.

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use the Services. By using the Services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. We assume no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
All materials, products, and services provided through our platform are our property or the property of our licensors. You agree not to reproduce or redistribute our intellectual property in any way.
If you upload or publish content through our Services, you grant us a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, and cancel orders at our discretion.
By using the Services, you agree that the laws of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms, or any dispute that might arise between us.
Any dispute related to your use of the Services or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by New Zealand courts and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You agree to indemnify Explore Immersive and hold us harmless from any legal claims arising from your misuse of our Services.
We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our Services. We reserve the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time.
