Building empathy for the natural world through the power of presence.
Most people will never visit a rainforest, stand beside a glacier, or witness endangered species in the wild. Yet these are the places that need our understanding, our empathy, and our action.
Photos are beautiful but flat. Videos are better but still distant. Data is critical but doesn't create emotional connection.
What if anyone could be there - standing in the forest, witnessing conservation work firsthand, feeling the scale and beauty of what we're protecting?
When people experience remote ecosystems through immersive video, something shifts. They don't just understand why conservation matters - they feel it. That emotional connection drives action.
"It creates a beautiful magical world and takes people to the place. You feel the scale and importance of what's being protected."
"I've read about these ecosystems for years. But being there - feeling truly present - completely changed my understanding."
"This is how you make people care. Not with statistics, but with presence."
In partnership with Pure Salt, we created "Guardians of Tamatea" - a 10-minute immersive experience documenting predator control work in one of the world's most remote wilderness areas.
Fewer than 100 people visit this place each year. Now anyone can stand there - feeling the scale of ancient forests, understanding the work being done, connecting with why it matters.
This is the model: take viewers to places they could never reach, and let presence do what statistics cannot.
We've established TOGETHER, a registered charity dedicated to using immersive technology for conservation impact. We're seeking partners and sponsors for future conservation documentation projects.
Each immersive conservation project costs $15,000-25,000 to produce at the highest quality. Sponsor specific projects or contribute to our general fund.
Who should experience this? Connect us with educators, organisations, and communities who could benefit from immersive conservation content.
Have a conservation story that needs telling? We're actively seeking conservation organisations and projects to document.
